OUR BUYER GUARANTEE: Concert Vibes stands by every valid ticket sold on our platform. Your purchase is protected by our Buyer Guarantee, ensuring you receive valid tickets in time for your event, or your money back.

You do not need to take any action; refunds will be processed automatically within **7-10** business days of the official cancellation announcement.
