OUR BUYER GUARANTEE: Concert Vibes stands by every valid ticket sold on our platform. Your purchase is protected by our Buyer Guarantee, ensuring you receive valid tickets in time for your event, or your money back.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are generally issued only under the following circumstances:
The event is **canceled** and not rescheduled.
The event is **postponed** or **rescheduled** and you cannot attend the new date.
The tickets you received were **invalid** and denied you entry to the event (subject to verification).
The tickets you received were **not as ordered** (e.g., wrong section, row, or quantity) and this significantly impacted your experience.
2. Refunds for Canceled Events
If an event is officially **canceled** and will not be rescheduled, you will receive a **full refund** of the purchase price, including any service and delivery fees. You do not need to take any action; refunds will be processed automatically within **7-10** business days of the official cancellation announcement.
3. Refunds for Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is **postponed** or **rescheduled**, your tickets will typically be valid for the new date and time.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you must notify **Concert Vibes** within **7 days** of the official rescheduling announcement to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed for the full purchase price.
If you do not notify us within the specified timeframe, your tickets will remain valid for the new date, and no refund will be issued.
4. Invalid or Not-As-Ordered Tickets
In the rare event that the tickets you receive are invalid or significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong section/row, quantity discrepancy that affects the group), our Buyer Guarantee applies. To claim a refund:
You must contact **Concert Vibes** customer support immediately or within **24 hours** of the event start time.
You may be required to provide verifiable proof, such as:
A statement from the venue confirming tickets were invalid.
Photos of the incorrect tickets received compared to your order.
Documentation from the primary ticket vendor (if applicable).
Upon verification, we will endeavor to provide comparable replacement tickets at no additional cost. If comparable tickets are unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally **not** be issued in the following situations:
**Change of Mind:** All sales are final once confirmed. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, inability to attend due to personal reasons, or unforeseen conflicts (e.g., travel issues, illness, other commitments).
